I believe his learnings around motivating people to stay with a company when they could get a new job “in ten minutes” were incredibly valuable and shaped how #Apple operated on a fundamental level. He seems to have passed on this knowledge to some of Apple’s current executives, and I hope one of them becomes CEO when Tim Cook resigns.
